E-Sign Consent Policy

legally required documents, agreements, and disclosures to you electronically in compliance
with the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (“E-SIGN Act”), 15 U.S.C.
§§ 7001 et seq., and applicable state Uniform Electronic Transactions Acts (UETA).

By using FairPlay Global’s website, applications, tools, and related services, you agree to
receive agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications (“Communications”)
